How it works

Four steps, from the invitation in your inbox to the quote on the studio's desk.

Why it matters

  • The studio invites youA studio adds your company to their vendor list and sends an invitation to your email address.
  • You sign in to your own portalThe invitation creates your account. You see your company's view and nothing else — not the studio's projects, and not another supplier's prices.
  • You see the enquiries you were invited toEach request for quotation lists its items and quantities, with any drawings attached to a line.
  • You quote, revise, or declinePrice the lines you want and send it. Revise while the quote is still open. If the job is not for you, decline with a reason so the studio is not left waiting on you.

What the portal gives you

Your own records, kept by you, instead of resent every time something changes.

Why it matters

  • Your requests for quotationEvery enquiry you have been invited to, with its items, quantities and where it stands.
  • Submit and reviseEnter your prices line by line, with your own quote reference, validity date, delivery period, payment terms, inclusions and exclusions. Revise it while it is still open.
  • Bid on part of a packageLeave a line blank and it is simply not quoted. You never have to price a whole package to answer one part of it.
  • Your company profile and contactsKeep your company details current and manage the people the studio should be reaching.
  • Bank detailsSubmit your account details once. They are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and a studio reading them leaves an audit entry.
  • Compliance documentsUpload your registration and compliance documents. Adding one flags your file for the studio to verify again.

Access comes from the studio

You cannot open an account here yourself, and there is nothing on this site to buy. Your access is created by the studio you work with. If you are expecting an invitation and it has not arrived, ask them — or ask us, and we will point you to the right one.

Why it matters

  • There is no self-service sign-up for suppliers.
  • Your account is created by the invitation the studio sends to your email address.
  • The studio decides which enquiries you are invited to and what you can do with them.
  • If the studio makes your account inactive, you can still read your record but cannot submit anything.
